The National Residential College for Women

Hillcroft College was founded over eighty years ago. It exists to help women take up the opportunities to lean that they may have missed earlier. The college is Surrey. It is open to all who would benefit (aged 20 and over) – no entry qualifications. It allows generous grants to allow you to come at very low cost. College staff is expert in allowing adult returners to gain confidence and skills.

In 2001 Black Women Mean Business and Hillcroft College piloted a new management development course, especially targeted at the needs of black and minority ethnic businesswoman. It was a first level management qualification designed to lead ultimately in an MBA. There were three residential weekend course from June through to September together with distance learning. And each women received a certificate at the end.
